About 99x04 — Bangladesh's Online Casino and Sports Betting Platform

Who We Are

99x04 is an online casino and sports betting platform designed specifically for players in Bangladesh.

99x04 started from a simple observation: players in Bangladesh deserved a better online gaming experience than what was available at the time. The existing options were built for international markets, loaded with payment methods that did not work locally, cluttered with desktop-first designs that broke on Android phones, and offered little cricket coverage — the sport that matters most to Bangladeshi fans. 99x04 was the answer to all of those gaps. From day one, the platform was built mobile-first, designed for the mid-range Android devices most players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi and Khulna use every day.

Today, 99x04 serves players from all eight divisions of Bangladesh — from Barisal to Rangpur, Mymensingh to Cox's Bazar. The platform covers cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments, live casino rooms powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, 1000+ slot titles from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft and NetEnt, Aviator and other crash games from Spribe, Caishen Fishing and other fish shooting titles, and a cashier that works seamlessly with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank and City Bank. All of it runs in a standard mobile browser — no app download, no storage space, no updates.

Our Mission

To be the most player-friendly online betting platform in Bangladesh — built mobile-first, powered by trusted game providers, and committed to fair play.

The mission behind 99x04 has always been straightforward: remove every unnecessary barrier between a Bangladesh player and a great gaming experience. That means accepting the payment methods people already have in their pocket (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), loading fast on 3G and 4G connections, offering cricket markets that matter to Bangladeshi fans, and making the whole experience feel intuitive on a 5-inch touchscreen. None of that sounds revolutionary — but doing all of it consistently, at a level of quality that players can rely on every single day, is what separates 99x04 from alternatives that promise a lot and deliver inconsistently.

99x04 also takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform includes tools to help players manage their activity — deposit limits, session reminders, and access to self-exclusion support. Every page on the site carries a clear 21+ age restriction because we believe online gambling is an adult entertainment product and should only be accessible to players who are legally old enough to make informed decisions about their own money.

What We Offer

Six core categories, one login, built for Bangladesh mobile players.

Every category on 99x04 uses game content from audited providers with publicly available RNG certificates and independent testing reports. Players never have to wonder whether the games are fair — the providers' certification records are publicly traceable. This is a baseline standard at 99x04, not a marketing claim. We believe that a player from Sylhet or Rangpur deserves the same quality of game content as a player anywhere else in the world, and that is exactly what 99x04 delivers.

Our Values

The five principles that guide every decision we make at 99x04.

• Fairness — Every game on 99x04 uses certified RNG systems from audited providers. Odds are published transparently and never manipulated. Players can trust that outcomes are determined by certified random processes, not by the platform.
• Accessibility — 99x04 is designed so that a player in Barisal with a mid-range Android phone and a Grameenphone SIM can access exactly the same platform as a player in Dhaka with a premium device. Minimum deposit of ৳500, mobile wallet payments, and a lightweight browser-based design make the platform genuinely open to all.
• Security — SSL encryption protects every login, every deposit and every withdrawal on 99x04. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes — never in plain text. Accounts are protected by mobile number verification, and sessions time out automatically when a device locks to prevent unauthorized access.
• Responsibility — 99x04 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits and self-exclusion options. We believe gambling should be entertainment, not a source of financial stress. Players who feel their gambling is becoming a problem are encouraged to use our support resources or reach out to the support team directly.
• Consistency — 99x04 aims to deliver the same quality experience whether you log in at 7am before work, during an afternoon BPL match, or late at night after a Durga Puja celebration. Live tables are staffed around the clock, sportsbook markets stay open through every session, and the cashier processes deposits instantly — every day of the year, including Eid and Pohela Boishakh.

Built for Bangladesh

Every design decision at 99x04 was made with Bangladesh players specifically in mind — not adapted from a generic international template.

Bangladesh has one of the most mobile-connected populations in South Asia, with hundreds of millions of people relying on smartphones as their primary internet device. Yet for years, online gaming platforms treated Bangladeshi players as an afterthought — building products for European or Southeast Asian markets and half-heartedly adding local payment options as a bolt-on. 99x04 rejected that approach entirely. The platform was designed from the ground up for the Bangladeshi context: fast-loading pages that respect limited data plans, payment integration with bKash and Nagad built into the core architecture rather than added later, and cricket coverage that reflects the actual betting appetite of fans in Dhaka, Chittagong and Sylhet.

The cricket sportsbook at 99x04 is built around the events that Bangladeshi fans care about most. BPL season receives full coverage with pre-match and in-play betting markets on every game. When the Bangladesh Tigers play an international T20, the markets open days in advance with competitive odds. IPL coverage brings full ball-by-ball live betting for the world's biggest T20 league, and ICC World Cup events are treated as major site-wide occasions with enhanced coverage across all match markets. Players in Khulna who primarily bet on local BPL teams get the same depth of coverage as players in Dhaka who follow international cricket closely.

Beyond cricket, 99x04 gives Bangladesh players access to football betting covering the Bangladesh Premier League football competition, international club football, and national team matches. Kabaddi and hockey markets are available during major tournaments. The breadth of sports coverage reflects the reality that Bangladeshi players are not one-dimensional — many players who bet on cricket during the BPL also enjoy live casino sessions in the evenings, or spend a few minutes on Aviator between T20 overs. 99x04 is built to accommodate all of those patterns within a single account and a single seamless session.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

99x04 is entertainment for adults. The platform is only available to players who are 21 years of age or older, and we enforce this requirement as part of the account registration process. We recognize that for a small number of people, gambling can become a problem — and we take our responsibility in that area seriously. Tools available on 99x04 include deposit limit controls that let players cap how much they can deposit in a day or week, voluntary self-exclusion for players who want to take a break from the platform, and session time reminders to help players stay aware of how long they have been active. Players who are concerned about their own gambling behaviour, or about someone they know, are encouraged to reach out to the 99x04 support team directly via the contact email. Support is available every day.

We are also committed to preventing underage gambling. If you suspect someone under 21 is using a 99x04 account, please notify us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and act promptly. Protecting young people from gambling harm is a shared responsibility, and 99x04 takes it seriously at every level of the platform.
