01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 99x04 ("Platform", "We", "Us") governing your access to and use of the 99x04 website located at https://99x04.org, including all games, betting markets, cashier functions, promotional offers, and any other services made available through the platform.

By registering an account, accessing, browsing, or using any feature of 99x04, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of 99x04 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of 99x04 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is strictly enforced. 99x04 reserves the right to request identity documents to verify your age at any point.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify the local laws that apply to you.
• You must not have a pre-existing self-exclusion agreement in place with 99x04 or any related platform at the time of registration or access.
• You must not be acting in a professional capacity as a bookmaker, trader, or gambling operator seeking competitive intelligence or attempting to exploit technical or pricing errors.

99x04 may at any time request that you provide documentation to verify your identity, age, and the source of funds used for deposits. Failure to provide adequate documentation when requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

03Account Registration

To access real-money features on 99x04, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information. Registration is free and requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one account on 99x04.

• You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you personally own and control. This number is used as your login identifier and your account recovery tool.
• All registration information must be truthful. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
• Only one account is permitted per individual, per mobile number, per household, and per device. 99x04 uses automated detection to identify duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all account activity. 99x04 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs through your own failure to keep your credentials secure.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

99x04 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the cashier page at the time of your transaction. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank, subject to availability. Payment method availability may change without prior notice.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 99x04 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person and will not process withdrawals to payment accounts not registered to the account holder. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned minus any applicable processing fees.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit per transaction and per day may be subject to limits set by 99x04 or by your payment provider, whichever is lower.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions, subject to completion of any applicable verification checks.
• Withdrawals will only be processed once any active wagering requirements attached to a bonus have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting rollover conditions will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• 99x04 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including national ID (NID), passport, or driving licence — before processing any withdrawal above ৳10,000 or in cases where unusual account activity has been flagged.
• 99x04 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, mobile network operator, or banking institution. Transaction processing times stated on the platform are estimates, not guarantees.

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit or debit to your account, 99x04 reserves the right to correct the error at any time. If a credit error results in your account balance being overstated, any amount in excess of your true balance is not yours to withdraw, and 99x04 may recover it at any point.

05Bonuses and Promotions

99x04 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, enhanced odds, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time the offer is made available. Where a conflict exists between the general Terms herein and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

• Each bonus offer is available to one account per player. Attempting to claim the same bonus using multiple accounts is prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• Welcome bonuses and deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotion are valid for a limited time period as specified in the promotion terms. Unused free spins that expire before use will be forfeited.
• 99x04 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not retroactively affect a bonus already credited and actively in use by a player.
• Bonuses may only be used on games or bet types explicitly permitted in the individual promotion terms. Staking bonus funds on excluded game categories will not count toward rollover completion.

06Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on 99x04 are provided by certified third-party game studios and sports data providers. The rules governing each individual game or betting market are determined by the provider of that game or market, and are displayed within the game interface or betting market at the time of play. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game or market before placing a bet or staking real money.

All bets placed and accepted on 99x04 are final once confirmed. 99x04 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in cases of a technical error that demonstrably affected the outcome of the bet or where odds were published in error. In sportsbook markets, if an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, the treatment of affected bets will follow standard industry rules as applied by the relevant data provider.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per game or market are displayed within the game interface at all times. These limits may vary by game provider and by account tier.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round or during a crash game, the round outcome will be determined by the provider's server record. 99x04 is not liable for losses resulting from your own internet connectivity issues.
• Sportsbook odds are updated in real time and may change between the time you view a market and the time your bet is confirmed. If odds change materially between selection and confirmation, you will be notified and given the opportunity to accept or decline the revised odds.
• Winnings from games and sports bets are credited to your 99x04 account balance immediately upon settlement. Cash out of winnings to your personal payment account is subject to the withdrawal conditions set out in Section 4 of these Terms.

07Responsible Gaming

99x04 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across the platform. Online gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. 99x04 enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all players and provides tools that allow players to manage their own gambling activity.

Responsible gaming tools available on 99x04 include daily and weekly deposit limits, session time reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion. Players who wish to activate any of these tools should contact the support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and will remain in effect for the period requested. During a self-exclusion period, the affected account will be suspended and any promotional communications will cease.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 99x04. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, the forfeiture of any account balance, and where applicable, the reporting of fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account, regardless of the name, mobile number, device, or payment method used.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds obtained through illegal means, including fraud, theft, or money laundering. 99x04 complies with anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious transactions.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to coordinated chip-dumping in poker or live table games.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 99x04 support staff through any communication channel provided by the platform.

99x04 monitors all account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 99x04 reserves the right to freeze the relevant account and withhold any balance pending investigation. All decisions made by 99x04 in response to detected prohibited conduct are final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out below.

09Account Suspension and Termination

99x04 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited conduct; failure to complete identity or age verification when requested; death of the account holder; or a court order or directive from a competent authority requiring account closure. In the event of termination for cause, 99x04 may withhold or forfeit any account balance where it is determined that the balance was derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity.

A player may request to close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the payment method on record, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending verification requirements. Voluntary account closure does not cancel any pending withdrawal requests already submitted.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99x04 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage or system failure, even if 99x04 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 99x04's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the player to their 99x04 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

99x04 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that defects will be corrected within any particular timeframe. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows, third-party game provider outages, and force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, and cyber attacks) may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features within it. 99x04 will not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability caused by any of these circumstances.

11Amendments to These Terms

99x04 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via the contact mobile number or email address on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform upon login. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of 99x04 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and may request account closure under the process described in Section 9 of these Terms.

12Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between you and 99x04, you are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. 99x04 will use reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate disputes within 15 business days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and 99x04 agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the matter. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.
